Support for Clinicians

Consultations are conducted by Morgan Graves. Morgan is not only a contemporary mental health professional, but she is also a trusted advisor to therapists transitioning to private practice.

Fueled by her curiosity, Morgan’s humanistic approach to life and mental health is what makes her relatable to everyone she serves. Her private therapy practice, Royal Phoenix Life Services, supports individuals, couples, and entrepreneurs so they can thrive in their life’s journey to healing, wellness and growth.

After an impactful career in education, Morgan leveraged her skills as a teacher and professional school counselor to create a private therapy practice. Her quest for independence, high achievement and a healthier work-life balance motivated her to show up for herself and exceed all expectations. As a result, Morgan quickly scaled her private therapy practice from part-time to full-time.

Known for her warm smile and unique personal touch, her commitment to giving back and supporting others inspired Morgan to turn her experience into a consulting service where she guides fellow practitioners in realizing their potential to create income as entrepreneurs in private practice.

A National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Morgan earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from North Carolina Central University. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

A lover of family and fun adventures, you can find Morgan traveling, taking a run, or having a good laugh!
