Hello! I am Morgan Graves. I’m a lover of all things full of laughter, fun, and adventure. I have a humanistic approach to therapy. I meet you where you are and walk with you on your journey. I enjoy experiencing the growth of my clients as we work on living an intentional life that honors all parts of you.

I believe solutions are found within the client as the client is the expert on their life. I don't have all the “answers” to the client’s “problem” but am a co-facilitator with a specialized skillset in the process that helps the client take responsibility and accountability towards the actions needed to grow.  This occurs through active exploration of client’s thoughts and feelings about concerns; acting on one’s self- awareness, then adjusting as needed.  Overall, client goals include ways to better satisfy their needs.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy with clients (individual and couples), readily identifying with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution- Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy.  Amongst CBT and Reality Therapies, I am trained in EMDR Therapy and am DBT, Trauma, and Attachment informed.  I also enjoy working with couples.  I use Gottman and Prepare/Enrich to support couples.

Additionally, I am a Qualified Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to associate licensed therapists.   I also support other therapists on their journey to private practice through consultation and guidance via Self-Made: A Therapist’s Guide to Starting a Private Practice, a workbook for purchase.

Overall, I provide a warm nonjudgmental environment where you are safe to explore your needs, both hidden and unhidden. I support personal and professional development by redefining the terms in which you choose to exist. I guide you to explore boundaries, learn and understand triggers, evaluate and build coping strategies, gain awareness and acceptance, and navigate towards your best self with the use of your voice.

My greatest passion is serving adults, thirties to late forties, premarital millennial couples, and newly licensed therapist building confidence in their therapeutic identities.
