About Alexis Crump

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling granted in May 2021 by North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. I have been serve children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am Licensed by the North Carolina Board of Professional Counselors as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate.

As your counselor, I am here to support you in creating peace and uncovering resources to help you become your best self. I am dedicated to providing services with a commitment to the holistic health of the client. My primary approach to counseling is an integration of person-centered, mindfulness-based, motivational-interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapies. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate and work at your own pace to help you reach your goals. I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds on issues including concerns related to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges and self-esteem. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups, and I have served clients in outpatient, and telehealth settings.
